Obituary
Mildred M. Koors, 84, Greensburg, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at her residence.
Born, November 26, 1923 in Millhousen, Indiana, she was the daughter of Lawrence and Josephine (Harpring) Hahn.
Mildred was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greensburg. She was a member of the Linger Awhile Home Ec Club and she was also a former member of the Delta Theta Tau Sorority. She graduated from Greensburg High School in 1941.
She was married to Alvin Koors on June 9, 1943 and he preceded her in death on December 22, 1978.
She is survived by five sons, Tom (Phyllis) Koors, Richardson, Tx., Herb (Marcia) Koors, Milroy, Jerry (Angel) Koors, Greensburg, Rick (Cheryl) Koors, Greensburg, Jeff (Faith) Koors, Greensburg; three daughters, Sr. Joanita (Doris) Koors, OSF, North Vernon, Debbie (Steve) Weston, Greensburg, Becky Koors, Indianapolis; two brothers, Norbert (Marjorie) Hahn, Greensburg, Ralph (Bev) Hahn, Greensburg; 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband; one brother, Ernest Hahn.
Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. A Rosary service will be prayed at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greensburg with Msgr. Harold Knueven officiating.
Interment will be held in the St. Mary’s Cemetery in Greensburg, Indiana.
