Obituary
Jon A. McGuire, 64, beloved husband, father, granddaddy, brother and friend passed away February 5, 2010.
He was a member of Sons of The Confederacy and First Baptist Church of Parrish and was a 6th generation Manatee County resident.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl; son, Jon Daniel McGuire; daughter, Mary Ellis (Tom) Bonds; brother, Hugh (Carol) McGuire; sisters, Mae (Tom) Moss, Kaye (Jim) Oakley and grandchildren, Tommy Bonds and Nathaniel Bonds.
Service will be held Tuesday, February 9, 6:30 pm at First Baptist Church of Parrish, 12125 71st St. E., Parrish with Rev. Joe Skidmore officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Family Life Community School, 4000 75th St. W., Bradenton, FL 34209. Arrangements by Griffith-Cline Funeral Home.
