Obituary
Waterbury - Janet M. Sembersky, age: 57, of 20 Highwood Road, died Wednesday February 3, 2010 at Meridian Manor Health Center.
She was born in Waterbury, CT on January 11, 1953, daughter of Anna (Gutkowski) Sembersky of Waterbury and the late Walter Sembersky. She was a lifelong Waterbury resident, and she had worked as an executive secretary at Chemtura, Inc. for over 30 years. She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church.
Besides her mother, she leaves:
A brother: Robert F. Sembersky & his wife Carol of Waterbury,
A nephew: Bryan Sembersky & his wife Lauren of Ellington, CT
The family wishes to especially thank Dr. Sabbath & his staff at the Harold Leever Cancer Center in Waterbury for the excellent care given to Janet during her illness.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday February 6, 2010 at 8:00AM from the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck, to Blessed Sacrament Church, 182 Robbins Street, Waterbury for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00AM. Burial will follow in Mt Olivet Cemetery, Platt Street, Watertown. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6-8PM.
